Jack's 2nd Birthday!

I had been prepping Jack on how to blow out his birthday candle the week of his 2nd birthday. He did great...in fact, he liked the fire a little too much! (I had to hide the lighter). So when it was time for him to blow out the candle for real on his birthday, I was a little surprised to see this reaction...

More Christmas Fun!

Gigi came to help with Jack while we were in the hospital. She was so sweet and stayed with us for Christmas morning! It was so nice to have her with us to celebrate our first Christmas as a family of 4! Thanks again Gigi!


Jack has been an amazing big brother so far. He loves to give Austin kisses and often says, "Hold it" with his arms stretched out to Austin.


Papa John and Grandma had a little party when we got to Canton so we could see everyone for a late Christmas and so the family could meet Austin. Here is Austin with his Great Grammie Streb.


Great Aunt DiDi made us a wonderful memory book of Jack's first 2 years! It is so creative and fun! Thanks again for a beautiful keepsake, Diane!



Here is Jack saying "thank you" in sign language. Even though he can say quite a few words now, he prefers to say thank you in sign!

Future of the Blog!

To those of you who wait at your desk for the next post in Jack's exciting life to come out we have a small change. I'm sure you noticed, but we havn't been the best at posting lately. We still take lots of pics and videos, but just havn't gotten around to posting them.

So without letting this die completely, we have decided to use a Flickr Plug In. Basically it will show a few pics or videos from time to time with out us having to do much else. If you want to see more pics, they are all in flickr.

So you get to stay connected and we don't have to spend too much time posting.

Maybe we will get back into this for Baby #2 which is due Dec 27th!
